I had such a great experience! The pizza was absolutely delicious and the quality of the ingredients really stood out. You can tell they truly care about their customers and their food. The person checking me out asked about my day and made me feel like he really cared. I will definitely be back.Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I don’t write reviews but this is ridiculous. We should have seen the terrible ratings before ordering this crap place. We ordered a large pizza not complicated once soever. An hour later get a call sharing they don’t take cash after saying we would pay cash. Following this of course the dude makes sure he gets our credit card information while sharing the delivery is almost here. 2 hours later and still never had a pizza show up and they never did. Scammers and liars on the phone bro don’t even care we heard him telling customers “I don’t even clone why I work her” while telling our order. Never order this splace again. Clearly the owner does not care to make any changes after thousands of bad ratings with this place. No one should feed this guy money. We will Be calling our credit card company to recover our money back for food never delivered.

I went to Kent state and guys pizza was my go to pizza place. I saw that there was one in Cleveland when I was going there for a concert and decided to stop in since I don’t really get to eat there anymore. I ordered my favorite wing sauce, the big easy. The food was really good, the staff was helpful, but especially the cook. He brought the food out and was so nice! We also ordered ready made slices while we waited, that were also great! We waited about 15 minutes, totally acceptable if you are ordering food cooked to order. I’m glad I stopped in!

We got delivery the cheeseburger was supposed to have lettuce & stuff on it there was nothing on it but half melted shredded cheese the sauce was on the side the fries were not good they really need to change them everything else was okay but mid. We were thoroughly disappointed I gave it two stars at least because they delivered to us at least. We didn’t try the pizza so I can’t say anything about that but the fries & my cheeseburger were not good.

Stopped during Pride today. Pride food was overpriced, too long a wait and not worth it. Walked here, .3 miles away, ordered online. Got there and our pizza was ready. It was fantastic. We fed 5 people with the 20 inch pizza with pepperoni. Enployees were incredibly nice and polite and so sweet. We had planned to pop a spot against a building somewhere to eat, but the employee told us we could grab the last available table and eat there. You guys are excellent. This wont be the last time we get pizza from Guys Pizza Might have been the first, but watching hoe efficient and nice and calm all the employees were with the huge crowd of people coming from Pride and the area, you guys are excellent! It was nice to find another small business to support!
